Corrections

We check product details against brand information, retailer listings, ingredient lists, and other available sources, but we still get things wrong sometimes. An ingredient list changes, a price goes stale, a formula gets reformulated without much of an announcement, or we just make a mistake.

What counts as a correction

We welcome reports on incorrect ingredients or formulation details, wrong or outdated prices, broken links, incorrect product sizes or availability, and mistakes in a comparison or evidence label. A disagreement with an editorial judgment isn't the same as a factual error, we'll revisit a comparison if the evidence behind it was wrong, not simply because someone disagrees with the conclusion.

How to report one

Email corrections@kbeautyintel.com with the page URL, what you're seeing, and a source if you have one. We read every message. Please don't send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive personal information, we don't need any of that to look into a correction.

How we handle it

Price and availability changes are normal maintenance, not corrections, we update those continuously without logging each one individually. When we get something substantively wrong, an incorrect ingredient, a mistaken product claim, a flawed comparison, we fix it rather than quietly editing it away.
